Reuniverse
Your workflow, built into a working system in two to four weeks
Websites, internal tools, automations and AI assistants. Scope and price are fixed before we start. AI does the work, and you approve anything that can't be undone.
What we take on, and what we don't
One workflow at a time. We take a project when it can ship in two to four weeks and the result can be reused for the next client.
Websites and lead funnels
A site, landing pages, a lead form and search basics, with real visits you can see after launch.
Internal tools
Admin panels, approval flows and integrations that turn a few spreadsheets and tools into one workflow.
Data and reports
Data clean-up, recurring reports and dashboards that update themselves.
AI assistants and agents
We write down what it owns, what it may do and how it's judged before it starts work.
Not for us
- On-site staffing
- Hardware, networks and day-to-day IT operations
- ERP and accounting-software rollouts
- Heavily regulated systems such as payments, trading or medical
How we deliver
Five rules apply to every project.
- 1
Scope and price are written down before work starts. Delivery takes two to four weeks.
- 2
AI does the work; people decide. Spending money, contacting people, publishing and deleting always wait for a person's approval.
- 3
Progress only counts with real evidence: commits, passing tests, a live system, real visits.
- 4
The code and the hosting are in your name. You can leave with everything at any time.
- 5
Thirty days of warranty after delivery, then an optional monthly retainer.

You choose to keep, adjust or stop
When AI is in the loop, it gets a job description first
What it owns, what it may do, how it's judged. It starts work after you sign off.

Rather build it yourself? Join the bootcamp
Same method, same engine, taught in small groups.
Bootcamp
Online, small cohort, three to four weeks. You graduate by shipping something real; the star chart shows what actually went live.
Team workshop
One to two days with your team to map a workflow and agree on the scope of a first project.
Dates aren't set yet. People on the list hear first.
Every project is a planet
Inside the product there is a 3D universe. Each planet is a real project with its progress in the open. Bootcamp graduates' work will appear there.

Not autonomous
People set the goal and approve anything irreversible.
Yours to keep
Code, job descriptions and outputs live in your own repository.
Evidence only

Questions
- What do you do?
- We use supervised AI to turn one workflow into a working system in two to four weeks: a website and lead funnel, an internal tool, an automation, a set of reports, or an AI assistant.
- How long does it take, and how is it priced?
- Scope and price are fixed before work starts, and delivery takes two to four weeks. After delivery there are thirty days of warranty, then an optional monthly retainer.
- Will the AI act on its own?
- Not on anything that matters. Spending money, contacting people, publishing and deleting all stop and wait for a person's approval.
- Who owns the code and the data?
- You do. The code and the hosting are in your name, and you can take everything with you at any time.
- When does the bootcamp start?
- Dates aren't set yet. Leave your email and you'll hear before enrolment opens.
